A Message From Apoorva Shukla

As many of you may know, I have been a part of HOOLIGAN Theatre Company at UCLA for about 2 years now. We are an entirely student run company and I have gotten such joy from creating some amazing productions entirely from scratch with people I consider my second family. I am so excited to have the opportunity to now give back to the community with this very group of people! I will be participating in 24 Hour Musical, where we put up a musical within the span of 24 hours to help raise money for No Limits for Deaf Children. This is an incredible organization that works to give school age children with hearing loss the skills to succeed through educational and theater programs. As someone majoring in Linguistics and Psychology, I am really passionate about speech and language therapy for children and I am so fortunate to be able to combine my passions with this event! I would deeply appreciate donations of any amount towards this meaningful cause. Every dollar would go towards giving these children a better life. We will be spending time with them personally and would love to see the smiles on their faces. Thank you for your support!!
